Quality assurance

As a member of a harmonized network of Medicover Integrated Clinical Services, we work according to a common quality system based on the international guidelines of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Good Clinical Laboratory Practice (GCLP). Together with our contract laboratory - the Institut für Medizinische Diagnostik Berlin MVZ accredited according to ISO 15189 and ISO 17025 for more than 20 years, we regularly demonstrate our competence in laboratory diagnostics for clinical trials in customer and GCLP audits (GCLP certificate).

High analytical quality is guaranteed by daily quality control programs as well as by participation in certified proficiency testing (INSTAND, RfB) and inter-laboratory comparison programs. In addition, we invest considerable resources in regular employee training and quality programs for improving our operational processes.
